The Chefs put the harvest of the Piedmont on your plate, combining intense levels of flavour with aesthetic artistry. We have three original dining experiences for enthusiastic gourmets who are also interested in sustainability and eating for their wellbeing.

At Alessio I expect high contemporary beneath frescoed ceilings; Caffè alla Lettera and terrace is about casually delicious local produce. Enoteca alle Volte is our wine cellar, a contemporary sociable atmosphere for tastings served with rustic dishes and traditional antipasti from our community of artisans.
