In 1545 Alessio I of San Martino di Loranzè restored Castella di Parella as a country retreat. Nearly 500 years the restaurant named after the Marchesi, has been created as a high contemporary glass cube kitchen, an extraordinary ‘room within the room’, preserving the precious historic features.
