Fulvio Piccinino is an undisputed master of vermouth, he will introduce the history of this excellent Piedmontese product, that was born in Turin. Engaging stories and ancient documents will be shared while you taste and compare four vermouth before beginning your own blend. Balancing wine, sugar, herbs, tinctures and creativity you will prepare rosso, bianco or amber vermouth to take home in an elegant bottle.

A multi-sensory Gin Laboratory explores the characteristic aromatic gin botanicals with a tasting of Italian gins. Turin’s spirit master will discuss the drink’s history from the first juniper liqueur to Turin Rosoli, before guests blend their own. This is an experience infused with spices; sandalwood, mace and musk rose, in an exotic journey around the world. Guests also prepare a tonic water. At the end of the activity each participant will take home their own bottle of gin with a personalised label.

In this chocolate creative workshop, guests produce the famed Piedmont Giandujotto, the ingot shaped chocolates from Turin. In a collaboration with Turin’s renowned Casa Marchetti, guests will discover some of the preparation secrets of gianduja, chocolate made with hazelnuts, and make their own creamy and delicious Giandujotti.
